REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

  • Condition of Item: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was received.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Exclusions: Personalized, custom-made, or sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Ship the Item Back: Please securely package the item in its original packaging and return it to the address provided in the RMA instructions. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process after the returned item is received.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns, depending on the condition of the item and packaging.
  • Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping will not be refunded, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If the requested exchange item is available, we will guide you through the exchange process. The cost of shipping the exchange item will be your responsibility, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us Immediately: Reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Provide Documentation: Include photographs of the damage or defect, along with your order number and any relevant details.
  • Return Instructions: If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel your order due to processing or shipment. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
